We’re proud of it, even though we say it ourselves… we’ve listened to you, our passengers, we’ve taken note of what you’ve said, we’ve responded to your requests and demands. And now we’re happy to deliver the end product of months and months of work designed to make your inflight experience with SN even more comfortable and relaxed than before.
What we’re talking about of course (as if you hadn’t noticed) is the A to Z make-over we’ve just finished carrying out on our Airbus A330 jets – the very aircraft you’re flying in today. A make-over whose rigorous attention to detail – from the outside paint-work composition to the weave of the carpets – has left virtually nothing as it was before.
Most noticeable, perhaps, are the changes we’ve made to the inside of the aircraft. But beauty is skin-deep, as they say, and so we’ve gone a lot further with brand new seats in both Economy and Business class, and now, Business Class passengers will be able to get the full measure of a calm and relaxing environment.
In Economy Class, the new seating has also been chosen to maximise inflight comfort – just what’s needed for those settling into flights of six hours or more! Of course, no amount of improvement to the aircraft interior can replace the unique service credentials passengers most appreciate; the warmth and welcome – and sheer professionalism – of SN cabin crew. But even here you may have the feeling that you’re being looked after in an extra-special way, after all, SN’s cabin crew are only human, and they too are delighted by the ‘comfort upgrade’ the new long-haul make-over offers to our passengers!
Chers passagers, après vous avoir écoutés, après avoir pris bonne note de vos desiderata, nous sommes fiers d’avoir pu répondre pleinement à vos souhaits. Après des mois et des mois de travail, nous sommes fiers de pouvoir procurer une nouvelle sensation de vol à nos passagers, rehaussée par un niveau de confort et de quiétude inégalé.
Comme vous l’aurez certainement compris, nous nous sommes concentrés sur la reconfiguration de nos Airbus A330 – le jet à bord duquel vous volez en ce moment. Ces aménagements ne négligeant aucuns détails, de la peinture du fuselage jusqu’à la texture des tapis de sol, ont permis de relifter nos appareils de fond en comble.
Vous remarquerez directement les améliorations encore plus perceptibles dans l’habitacle. La vraie beauté est intérieure, diton, c’est pour cela que nous avons été un pas plus loin, en installant de nouveaux fauteuils à la fois dans les classes Economie et Business, où désormais, les passagers pourront profiter d’un environnement calme et serein.
En Economie, les nouveaux sièges ont également été choisis pour leur standard élevé de qualité, rehaussant le confort dans les airs au cours de vols qui durent souvent plus de 6 heures! Bien entendu, aucune des innovations mises en place dans l’intérieur de nos avions ne pourra remplacer l’excellence de notre service de SN, fort apprécié par l’ensemble de nos passagers. Vous recevrez toujours un accueil chaleureux du personnel de cabine, soutenu par un professionnalisme incomparable. A bord, vous aurez peut-être même la sensation que l’on s’occupe de vous avec une attention toute particulière… après tout c’est assez normal. Notre personnel de cabine est tout aussi ravi de ce supplément de confort offert aux passagers des vols long-courriers!
We zijn trots op het resultaat, ook al zeggen we het zelf. We hebben aandachtig naar u, onze passagiers, geluisterd. We noteerden uw suggesties, we hielden rekening met uw vragen en wensen. En nu, na vele maanden intens werk, stellen we u het eindproduct voor dat uw inflight ervaring bij SN nog comfortabeler en ontspannender zal maken.
Het was u ongetwijfeld al opgevallen: we hebben het uiteraard over de complete ‘make-over’ van onze Airbus A330, het vliegtuig waarmee u vandaag vliegt. We besteedden aandacht aan de kleinste details – van het schilderwerk op de romp tot het weefpatroon van de vloerbekleding – en vrijwel niets bleef onveranderd.
Het meest opvallend zijn waarschijnlijk de veranderingen binnen in het vliegtuig.
Maar schoonheid is slechts oppervlakkig, dus zijn we nog een stap verder gegaan. We hebben zowel Economy als Business Class gloednieuwe zetels gegeven. Passagiers in Business Class krijgen nu alle ruimte om voluit van een rustige en ontspannende sfeer te genieten.
Ook in Economy Class werden de nieuwe zetels met zorg gekozen. Ze bieden optimaal comfort voor passagiers die 6 uur of langer vliegen. Maar hoe aantrekkelijk ook, een nieuw vliegtuiginterieur kan nooit onze veelgeprezen dienstverlening vervangen. En daarmee bedoelen we natuurlijk de hartelijkheid en het professionalisme van ons cabinepersoneel. Wellicht valt ook hier dat tikkeltje extra aandacht u op. Want net als u is het SN cabinepersoneel in de wolken met de facelift van onze lange-afstandsvluchten en de daarmee gepaard gaande ‘comfort upgrade’ voor onze passagiers!
